Omaha Performing Arts

Omaha’s Orpheum Theater is professionally managed by Omaha Performing Arts, a nonprofit organization dedicated to the notion that the arts are an integral part of the human spirit and truly essential to what Nebraskans know as "the good life." Broadway shows are presented in the Orpheum’s 2,600-seat Slosburg Hall. The theater underwent a $10 million renovation in 2002. Thanks to these renovations, Omaha Performing Arts was able to present larger Broadway touring productions, such as Disney’s THE LION KING. In addition to Broadway, Omaha Performing Arts presents a variety of artistic performances.
